Located on Casavant Boulevard West, at the Laframboise Boulevard intersection, the future residence will be situated in the midst of local businesses and amenities, a few steps away from a grocery store and the Galeries Saint-Hyacinthe.

This residential complex will offer serviced apartments ranging from studios to 5½ apartments, as well as assisted living units of various sizes. Featuring the latest trends and high-end finishes, Cibèle has been designed to offer comfort and avant-garde living to the neighbourhood’s retirees.

As a testament to Le Groupe Maurice’s ESG commitment, the project is aiming for LEED Silver certification, a mark of excellence in the development of sustainable buildings.

Cibèle, a tribute to Saint-Hyacinthe

The residence is named after the Phrygian goddess of the Mother Earth and fertility – a tribute to the agricultural landscape, which is ever-present in the Saint-Hyacinthe region. It also features the word “belle,” a positive omen for your future retirement at Cibèle.
