Our Chefs’ Recipes – BBQ Edition presents Veal Week
On June 18, Maurice Chartrand, Food Service Manager at Le Groupe Maurice, and Alexandre Latour, Chef at Le Notre-Dame residence, hosted a BBQ workshop to give tips on how to get the most out of your favourite summer dishes. After the BBQ workshop, the food service teams offered residents a special treat in honour of Veal Week. From June 19 to 28, to celebrate the start of summer and showcase the chefs’ local cuisine, residents got to enjoy various dishes featuring grain-fed veal from Quebec.
