Le Groupe Maurice is proud to announce that the Sevä retirement complex won the Construire award presented by the Association de la Construction Québécoise, in the “Non-regulated residential project, retirement home – western Quebec” category.

Ideally situated in Carrefour Candiac, in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by breathtaking nature, the charming Sevä residence is one-of-a-kind.

It is the above qualities, as well as the complex’s architectural excellence and the social involvement of its team and residents that earned Sevä this prestigious award. Michel Bouchard, Vice-President of Real Estate at Le Groupe Maurice, was at the award gala hosted by Véronique Cloutier and Louis Morissette on March 16, 2019, to accept the trophy on the residence’s behalf.

This recognition fills us with deep pride because it was given by experts in the industry. This award validates Le Groupe Maurice’s commitment to building quality residences that stand out, like Sevä. We’ve succeeded in creating a unique environment that balances urban living and nature, with an impressive natural marsh!” said Michel Bouchard.

Sevä, a haven of peace in the heart of Candiac

“It has already been a year since we’ve begun sharing the lives of wonderful individuals. We plan to cultivate many more happy moments for years and years to come,” said Karine Gignac, general manager of the Sevä residence, on its first anniversary at the end of last month. Her words reflect a welcoming, pleasant place to live, filled with happy encounters.

Starting this summer, Sevä residents will get even more enjoyment out of their residence and its surroundings! The development of a natural marsh adjacent to the complex is in its final phases. The vast natural area is home to many bird and butterfly species, including the impressive monarch. The walkway promises long strolls to watch for birds, with rest areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.
