Located on Montreal\u2019s North Shore, 45Nord is named after the 45th parallel north, which crosses the geographic centre of Mascouche. The residence features a bright, avant-garde design and offers local seniors multiple amenities and superb common areas. 45Nord consists of 2 towers (9 and 10 storeys) and offers 374 rental units and 22 care units. It is conveniently located in the heart of Mascouche in close proximity to many stores and restaurants including the SmartCentres commercial complex.
