For many years, Le Groupe Maurice has been excited at the prospect of building one of its residences in Saint-Hyacinthe… and the long-awaited moment has finally arrived! The Cib\u00e8le residential complex will open its doors in 2024, offering the utmost comfort to seniors in the area. We\u2019re pleased to announce the opening of the complex\u2019s rental office!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rental office for Cib\u00e8le: The residence welcomes you<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the information session<\/a> held on June 15, 2022, we noted the keen interest that the Cib\u00e8le project in Saint-Hyacinthe was sparking. This enthusiasm was then confirmed with the opening of its rental office on March 3. Many seniors pre-booked their apartment off plan, to be the first to choose their unit, project themselves into their future home and prepare for their move to Le Groupe Maurice.<\/p>\n

Nearly 50 units have been booked so far! When you come to book, you can consult the layout of the residence, explore two model kitchens and a model bathroom, and benefit from the advice of our rental advisors present on site. Also, until May\u00a024, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to have a say in customizing your furniture. So don\u2019t wait to book your apartment!<\/p>\n

Located on Casavant Boulevard West, at the intersection of Laframboise Boulevard, the future residence will be just steps away from exceptional shops and services. Its proximity to Maxi supermarket, H\u00f4pital Mercier and the Galeries Saint-Hyacinthe<\/a> shopping mall will enable you to enjoy your life on your own terms and make the most of it.<\/p>\n
