Construction-Bulletin ELOGIA: less than a month before the opening of phase 2

The past year has been unlike any other, a year in which all of us have had to demonstrate a lot of resilience. I’d like to congratulate all of us for meeting this challenge. More importantly, I want to thank you for your patience. And now for the good news: the construction of Elogia Phase 2 is nearly complete! We’re currently putting the final touches so that future residents can move into their new homes soon. Slowly but surely, we’re getting closer to the official opening. We can’t wait for you to arrive and explore! Until then, I wish you a fantastic spring. It’s finally time to open our windows and watch nature in bloom!

Elogia Phase 2 is currently under construction on Sherbrooke Street East in Montreal.
- 100% of the concrete structure is in place
- 97% of the exterior walls are completed
- 75% of the indoor parking is ready
- 60% of the interior walls are finished
