Harmony between employees and residents
Residents are a part of our everyday life. Many live fully in the present, as the past resides in their memories and the future may be uncertain. Taking a moment to listen to their stories is incredibly enriching. Pausing in a busy day to talk about my new road bike with a 94-year-old resident and witnessing the enduring passion in his eyes for the sport creates a powerful 'wow' moment!
