The rental office of the Cornelius residence opened its doors on March 29. Located at the site of the future residential complex in the Wilderton Centre at the at the intersection of Darlington avenue and Van Horne avenue, the rental office has already welcomed its first future residents. At the VIP pre-opening event reserved for information session participants, some lucky residents even got an exclusive opportunity to reserve their future home.
Our team of advisors (Nathalie, Carole and Maxime) are excited to meet you and welcome you at the rental office. You’ll have the opportunity to preview a scale model of the future residential complex and its floor plans, and imagine yourself in your new home as you explore the model bathroom and two model kitchens.

To meet with an advisor and learn more about the residence, visit us at the rental office at 2645 Van Horne Ave., Suite 201 in Montreal. If you’re unable to come to the rental office, virtual meetings are also available on request.
Please be assured that our team carefully implements COVID-19 prevention measures to ensure everyone’s safety. A strict cleaning protocol is applied following every visit, and hand washing, mask wearing and physical distancing rules are enforced at all times.
