Our optional services

Our optional services

Retirement should be something you look forward to. It’s a time when you can devote yourself to whatever matters most to you, whether it be your hobbies or interests, or just enjoying life at your own pace and living each moment to the fullest.
This is why we offer you a range of optional services that you can use at your convenience on a regular or occasional basis.

Housekeeping, laundry, and concierge services

The housekeeping and concierge staff at Le Groupe Maurice’s residential complexes are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These teams take care of general maintenance of the buildings, common areas and outdoor spaces, and provide emergency services in the apartments at no extra cost (water damage, equipment failure, etc.).

Housekeeping in your apartment and laundry services for your linens and personal effects are also available for an hourly rate. Fees vary depending on a number of factors such as the size of your apartment and your specific requests.

Monthly packages of all available services can be added to your lease, which makes them eligible for the Tax Credit for Home-Support Services for Seniors.

Help with small tasks

Need to fix a cracked tile on your bathroom floor, or a small hole in your living room wall? Your residence’s maintenance manager and team are there to take care of small repairs in your apartment for an hourly rate.

They are also available for tasks like installing curtains or shelves, or moving furniture, etc.

Tax credit management

For a monthly fee, our administrative staff can manage your file for the provincial Tax Credit for Home-Support Services for Seniors program.

He or she is also available to you for any questions or needs you may have, or information you may need, related to bills, payments, or account statements.

Our occasional health services

At Le Groupe Maurice’s residences, independent residents can benefit from occasional personalized care services such as medication management and administration, bathing assistance, injections, medical dressings, vital signs checks, etc.

If you wish to receive any of these services, your residence’s head of nursing can discuss your specific needs with you.

For treatment, or for ongoing, in-depth, or more comprehensive care services, including during convalescence or a long-term stay, most of our residences offer Care units, specifically designed for seniors with reduced autonomy.
