ENG Book club
The Cornelius English Language Non-Fiction Book Club (CELNBC) will begin its 2nd year of operations on March 9 (For details about time and location, consult the Cornelius Calebdar). Consisting of two, four-month long semesters, this group of non-fiction enthusiasts meet on the second Monday of each month to discuss a collectively chosen English language bestseller that has caught the public’s attention by its take on the existential challenges facing humanity today. You don’t have to be an Anglophone or in possession of a university degree to participate. All you need to join is hunger for good conversation, an open and curious mind about the ideas and forces that are changing the world around us, and the ability and willingness to read texts in English and to converse with your neighbors in that language for a couple of hours once a month. Due to space limitations, registration is required. Contact András by e-mail at: abgollner@gmail.com
