Easy to learn and suitable for all ages, pétanque encourages social interaction, relaxation, and a sense of camaraderie. It’s a simple, welcoming activity that brings people together and helps strengthen community bonds.

This improvisation and theatre activity invites seniors to explore their creativity through simple, fun, and accessible games, including mime exercises such as the popular “boulette” game.
