On October 1st, we invite you to take part in a conversation workshop about how older adults are represented in the media and in public spaces. Inspired by the Âges de vivre project, this discussion will explore the images, perceptions and realities of aging that shape our collective view.

In a friendly atmosphere, we will discuss the stereotypes that still exist, the diversity of life journeys and ways to better represent aging. There are no right or wrong answers: the goal is simply to share different points of view and enrich the conversation together.

This game is played indoors on a grass-like carpet surface, in teams, using softer balls than those used in pétanque.

Each throw requires precision and strategy, whether gently placing a ball or shooting to move an opponent’s. Easy to learn and suitable for all ages, pétanque encourages social interaction, relaxation, and a sense of camaraderie. It’s a simple, welcoming activity that brings people together and helps strengthen community bonds.

Bingo is a simple and friendly game where participants have a card filled with numbers. A caller randomly draws numbered balls, and players mark the matching numbers on their cards. The goal is to be the first to complete a line, a column, or a full card depending on the announced rule, then claim victory by calling out “Bingo.” Easy to follow and enjoyable for all ages, this game creates a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
