Unleash your creativity as you decorate beautifully calligraphed capital letters with elegance, style, and your own personal touch.

No prior artistic experience or special talent is required to participate. Simply come ready to create and have fun!

Launched in September 2025, AGELESS is a new documentary that shines a light on ageism and intergenerational connection. The Cummings Centre partnered with award-winning Montreal filmmaker Joshua Dorsey to create this film, designed to confront ageism and spark meaningful conversations.

This film will be presented in English, with French subtitles.

The objective is to roll your balls as close as possible to the smaller target ball, known as the pallino. Combining strategy, skill, and friendly competition, this activity encourages social interaction, teamwork, and the enjoyment of play in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, come and share an enjoyable time with friends!

This game is played indoors on a grass-like carpet surface, in teams, using softer balls than those used in pétanque.

The goal is to stimulate memory, encourage self‑expression, and foster interaction among participants while sharing moments of laughter and spontaneity. Suitable for all levels, this activity helps build confidence and offers an enjoyable, engaging artistic experience.
