We chose to live in the Lilo residence because my husband needed a place with access for people with reduced mobility. Even better, Lilo is close to our son’s house. It was a match made in heaven! What we appreciate the most since moving here are all the beautiful new friendships we’ve made, and let’s not forget the great choice of activities available. In fact, I love everything about Lilo: my apartment, the kindness of people, the feeling of being surrounded by friends and having been able to keep my pet.

I chose Lilo because I knew that Le Groupe Maurice had a good reputation. It’s a very well-known company and that made me feel confident about my decision. I promised my son that I would decide when it was time to move into a residence. I didn’t want him to be forced to make the decision for me, like I had to do for my mother when she as 90. Lilo was under construction when I felt ready, so it was an easy decision. What I love the most here is my new “family.” Having lost two children and my husband, I needed to feel surrounded, to live in a community. Living here makes me feel safe. It’s very comfortable and there are all sorts of activities. But what I’m proudest of at Lilo is the exceptional staff and happy residents.

When I saw the Lilo residence go up, I immediately knew that I would live there one day. I found it really beautiful. Since moving here, we’ve taken part in all sorts of activities. The staff is attentive and everyone is all smiles! We’ve made a lot of friends here. We don’t have to worry about doing upkeep on the house anymore. We feel truly free, in addition to having so much more time for yourselves! We’re lucky to have such a beautiful residence, one that is close to everything. We’re really happy here!

Our care units are designed for individuals who are semi-autonomous or experiencing minor autonomy loss. We offer tailored daily support from a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals, available around the clock. Our care units also occasionally accommodate convalescent stays.
Optional care services are also offered on an à la carte basis to autonomous residents: Medication administration and management, help with support stockings, change of bandages and dressings, vital signs and weight measurement, partial bath, bathing assistance in the apartment or a therapeutic bath…
