December 25 at lunch: Christmas breakfast buffet

- Starter: Cream of butternut squash soup with gingerbread croutons

Chair yoga postures are inspired by hatha yoga (traditional form of yoga) and adapted to the chair. 

The sessions include meditation and breathing at the beginning and end of the class and a sequence of postures in the middle.

The holiday brunch buffet will take place on December 14. The dining room will be open to residents and visitors. Brunch will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (at 1:00 p.m., we will begin clearing the buffet). There is no specific arrival time; everyone is free to arrive at the time of their choosing. At SEVÄ, we offer a friendly environment where you will make new friends and have the chance to exercise your brain while having fun. You can learn at your own pace.

Contrary to popular belief, BRIDGE is not as complicated as people say. It is the best card game there is. You can play it at all levels, with friends, family, strangers from around the world, and even with robots.

A bottle of red wine and a bottle of white wine will be placed on the tables.

All residents, including those with meal plans, must register at the reception desk to participate in the event so that we can set up tables for 8 people.

Visitors are not permitted. Dinner and musical evening.
