December 25 at lunch: Christmas breakfast buffet

Chair yoga postures are inspired by hatha yoga (traditional form of yoga) and adapted to the chair. 

The sessions include meditation and breathing at the beginning and end of the class and a sequence of postures in the middle.

Created in 1892 at the Mariinsky Theater, it was a resounding success that has never waned: the ballet is one of the most popular in the world. It owes its fame abroad in particular to choreographer George Balanchine, who revisited it in 1954 for his own company, the New York City Ballet. Since then, the NYCB has danced The Nutcracker every December, every year—an unmissable Christmas event!

The holiday brunch buffet will take place on December 14. The dining room will be open to residents and visitors. Brunch will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (at 1:00 p.m., we will begin clearing the buffet). There is no specific arrival time; everyone is free to arrive at the time of their choosing. Reserve your spot at the reception desk by December 5.

Price: Residents with meal plan: no extra charge
