Contrary to popular belief, BRIDGE is not as complicated as people say. It is the best card game there is. You can play it at all levels, with friends, family, strangers from around the world, and even with robots.

Chair yoga postures are inspired by hatha yoga (traditional form of yoga) and adapted to the chair. 

The sessions include meditation and breathing at the beginning and end of the class and a sequence of postures in the middle.

When we think about billiards, we often immediately think about concentration. And rightly so: playing billiards requires a lot of concentration and tactics. Which angle? What effect? What force? You will have to analyze, again and again...

Good for the mind. By generating a secretion of endorphin, the hormone of happiness, singing allows to relax. It involves focusing on your breath, controlling your whole body and expressing your emotions: a good way to forget about everyday life, let go and relieve stress.

While touring several Groupe Maurice retirement communities, Marguerite Blais and her former political aide, Guillaume Nadon, are taking this opportunity to meet with the people at the heart of the issues and ideas explored in the book they co-authored. Copies will, of course, be available for purchase on site.
