Brunch will be available from 10:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m. means we will begin clearing the buffet). To ensure smooth service, we invite groups of 6 or fewer to arrive at the dining room starting at 10:45 a.m. and groups of 7 or more to arrive starting at 11:15 a.m.

Chair yoga postures are inspired by hatha yoga (traditional form of yoga) and adapted to the chair. 

The sessions include meditation and breathing at the beginning and end of the class and a sequence of postures in the middle.

When we think about billiards, we often immediately think about concentration. And rightly so: playing billiards requires a lot of concentration and tactics. Which angle? What effect? What force? You will have to analyze, again and again...

is a card game traditionally played by four players in two teams of two. The purpose of canasta is to total at least 5 000 points by succeeding in cumulating and posing similar cards.

At SEVÄ, we offer a friendly environment where you will make new friends and have the chance to exercise your brain while having fun. You can learn at your own pace.
