This meeting is for anyone who has creative ideas, or who is good with their hands and wants to get involved in creating and designing decorations to add fun and atmosphere in the residence for holidays, monthly dinners and any spontaneous events!

Put on your best clothes, because on March 25, we will be celebrating the residence's 8th anniversary. All residents, including those with meal plans, must register at the reception desk to participate in the event so that we can set up tables for 8 people.

Visitors are not allowed. Dinner and dance.

Price: one coupon or meal plan. Formula: 1 bottle of white wine and 1 bottle of red wine per table.

Chair yoga postures are inspired by hatha yoga (traditional form of yoga) and adapted to the chair. 

The sessions include meditation and breathing at the beginning and end of the class and a sequence of postures in the middle.
