Chair yoga postures are inspired by hatha yoga (traditional form of yoga) and adapted to the chair. 

The sessions include meditation and breathing at the beginning and end of the class and a sequence of postures in the middle.

Gentlemen, I invite you to join me in the courtyard at 10:30 a.m. to set up the decorations.

You're all invited to come celebrate Mother's Day with a cocktail, in the courtyard, on May 9 between 1:30 and 2:30 pm. Bring your glasses, I'll take care of the cocktail! Gentlemen, in keeping with tradition, I invite you (please say yes ;) to join me in the courtyard at 10:30 a.m. to set up the decorations. In case of rain, the cocktail party will take place indoors.

Every Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., regular sand bag and babette.

Come celebrate Mother’s Day with your family in the dining room! Registration begins at the front desk on April 1. You may register up to 4 guests per apartment by April 28. If we still have spots available, we will open reservations for additional guests from April 29 to May 1. We can accommodate up to 250 people.

Brunch will be served from 10:45 AM to 1:00 PM (1:00 PM means we will begin clearing the buffet). To ensure smooth service, we ask groups of 6 or fewer to arrive at the dining room starting at 10:45 AM, and groups of 7 or more to arrive starting at 11:15 AM.

The price (taxes included) for brunch is:

Resident with meal plan: no additional charge

Resident coupon: $30 event coupon

Visitor: $35 event coupon / Child (ages 6–12): $18.24

is a card game traditionally played by four players in two teams of two. The purpose of canasta is to total at least 5 000 points by succeeding in cumulating and posing similar cards.

Perhaps you've already tried to learn it on your own, or friends and family have tried to teach you with varying degrees of success. Come and give it a try and don't miss out on this incomparable pastime. At SEVÄ, we offer a friendly environment where you will make new friends and have the chance to exercise your brain while having fun. You can learn at your own pace.

Contrary to popular belief, BRIDGE is not as complicated as people say. It is the best card game there is. You can play it at all levels, with friends, family, strangers from around the world, and even with robots.

Classes start in early October on Monday evenings.

Sign up inscription required! Take part in the Aquatic Fitness class, a 40 minutes duration class. 

This course offers a variety of activities in shallow water that promotes balances, flexibility and relaxation through muscular work. For this course, it is not necessary to know how to swim or even float. 

A sequence of coordinated aerobic and muscular movements, performed in shallow water. These exercises aim to improve the cardiorespiratory and muscular capacity.
