This workshop aims to address the following questions:

• What is the role of our brain, and what are the normal changes that occur with aging?

• What can we do to keep our brain healthy?

• Practical tips for maintaining brain health.

This project is the result of a collaboration between FADOQ – Île de Montréal and the Regional Public Health Departments of Montréal and Laval.

500 is a trick-taking card game that combines elements of bridge and euchre. Played with 3 to 6 players, the goal is to reach 500 points by bidding and winning tricks. Players bid on the number of tricks they believe their team can take, with the highest bidder choosing the trump suit. The game involves strategy, teamwork, and skillful play to outscore opponents.

Come and see the Sainte‑Geneviève Church Corpus Christi procession as it passes in front of our residence at the Saint‑George entrance.
Arrival is expected around 7:30 p.m.
