Walking Club Resumes – July 7
The Walking Club resumes on July 7, every Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. Our volunteer residents Peter Naylor and Anne-Marie Scerbo will meet you at reception at 9:50 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. start. A great chance to get moving and socialize!

Dusanka is a passionate volunteer who enjoys helping others stay active and healthy. She loves organizing workout sessions that include various exercises, from strength training to yoga. Her positive energy makes each session enjoyable and encourages everyone to do their best.

🕯️Exhibition – Remembrance Day 2025 🕯️

From November 5 to 11, 2025, come and discover a special exhibition in honor of Remembrance Day.
Location: at the reception. This exhibition pays tribute to those who have served and invites everyone to a moment of reflection and remembrance. A 5- to 6-minute commemorative video will be available all day in the cinema, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Library Committee

The Library Committee meets every Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. in the library.
Residents are welcome to join, share ideas, and take part in the committee’s activities.

Do you love knitting or want to discover this relaxing hobby? Come join us for a pleasant and simple knitting session. This is not a class, but rather a social time where participants bring their own materials to knit together, share, and enjoy each other's company. The sessions will be held every Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, starting January 7, in the library.

A good time to get to know your neighbors by playing a game of cards or a board game. Card games, crib, Uno, scrabble and dominoes will be available.

Composting:
The compost bins are available at the reception. You can dispose of your organic waste at P1, in the designated area. A weekly reminder: Composting is collected every Wednesday. Tuesday is a good day to bring your pail to P1 as the bins will be empty. Thank you for your cooperation and participation!

The next meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 12, at 4pm, and will serve as a planning session. We would like to gather your reading suggestions for the period from January to June 2026: please bring a few titles to propose. Each participant will be invited to briefly present their choices, and then we will vote to establish the final list. We will also be looking for volunteers to lead the discussions. The book selected for the December 3 meeting is The Outsider by Brett Popplewell.

NEW – Qi Gong with Josée-Andrée Mailoux
Every Thursday, starting at 11:15 AM in the activity room, discover Qi Gong: a moving meditation combining breathing, stretching, self-massage, and tapping to stimulate vital energy and strengthen body, mind, and soul.
Accessible to everyone, including people with reduced mobility (seated version available). Duration: 60 minutes (45 min of practice + health tips and sharing).

Every second Thursday of the month, we are pleased to present an art exhibition held on the ground floor, next to the art room, accompanied by a cocktail at 2:00 PM.
