The game of bridge is played  several times a week.

This activity can be done individually or in groups. The only material needed is a coloring book and colored pencils or felt markers. You choose. In short, the two alternatives provide you with an anti-stress activity.

Come juggle the words during a game of SCRABBLE!  

Scrabble is a game of letters where the goal is to accumulate points, based on random draws of letters, by creating words on a square grid, some of which are awarded. The player must seek to make words that yield points; they are not necessarily the longest words, except of course if it is possible to place all his letters ("make a scrabble").

 Volunteering is an act of service that not only benefits our communities and favorite causes, but also nourishes our personal growth and relationships with others. It's about offering your time, energy and skills selflessly - helping to make your environment better. This is why, on December 5th, I am inviting Félix volunteers to a heroes breakfast. The sense of touch encompasses the entire body and has multiple benefits. There are several sensors in our hands connected to our brain and on our skin several endings connected to our nervous system. Through effective self-massage exercises, this 30-minute class promotes the release of tension, the reduction of stress, better blood circulation, an increase in the feeling of well-being and a general boost in energy. Come try our indoor curling game !! 

The indoor curling is a sport in which players slide stones on wheels on a floor towards a target, made up of concentric circles. Two teams, each made up of four players, slide in turn the stones towards the house: a circular target marked on the ground. Each team has eight stones and the goal is to accumulate the highest score of the match; points are awarded for stones that come to rest closest to the center of the house at the end of each round, which ends when both teams throw all their stones. A match may consist of eight or ten  innings.

Who starts their day with a morning coffee? Why not also start with a group of friends? From April, a new activity will appear on the calendar called "Social Café", where all residents are invited to the winter garden for a cup of coffee or tea. It's a time to get together, chat, meet new people, and unwind after the week. The activity will be supported by a group of volunteers, everyone is welcome to join in this social event which will run from 9:30am to 10:30am.

The Hudson Christmas Market is back this year!

The event will be held at the Alibi Barn in Hudson on November 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, and 30, and December 5, 6, and 7.

• A large winter Sperry tent will be set up for you to warm up, grab a bite, and enjoy the activities, Local artisans (over 30), Local musicians, Food, coffee, hot chocolate, and festive cocktails, Settle in by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and holiday spirit, Many other activities, such as face painting, raffles, and surprises!

Free transportation by bus from the residence: Reserve your spot at reception before Friday, December 5th.

On December 6, come celebrate the Holiday Lighting Ceremony at Family Park, located in Ile Perrot.

Everyone can enjoy a magical evening under the twinkling lights that will mark the beginning of the holiday season.
