It’s the warmth I felt the first time I entered the residence that made me choose Notre-Dame. I felt at home right away. The staff is so welcoming and attentive. My life has vastly improved since living here! I’ve rediscovered my love of life and feel very safe.

I chose Notre-Dame mainly because it’s in a neighbourhood I love. The attentiveness of Ms. Lise Desjardins, the rental advisor, also influenced my choice. I like the fact that the residence isn’t too big. It makes it warmer, more human. I’m free to choose the activities I like, such as volunteering, where I am greatly appreciated. I feel very safe here. And the meals are so good!

When I was working, one of my duties was to give people tours of the units. That’s why I chose Notre-Dame when came time to move into a seniors’ residence. What a wonderful experience it has been! The heartfelt welcome, the atmosphere, the attentive staff… I felt at home right away. I also volunteer at the chapel, which is so lovely since its renovation. Great job!
