Our care units are designed for individuals who are semi-autonomous or experiencing minor autonomy loss. We offer tailored daily support from a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals, available around the clock. Our care units also occasionally accommodate convalescent stays.

Optional care services are also offered on an à la carte basis to autonomous residents: Medication administration and management, help with support stockings, change of bandages and dressings, vital signs and weight measurement, partial bath, bathing assistance in the apartment or a therapeutic bath…

Cardio-box with François
The CARDIO BOXING class is a 45-minute moderate-intensity workout. It combines both upper and lower body movements to keep the session varied and engaging. The class strengthens your core stabilizing muscles, helping you build tone and vitality while having fun. The alternating upper body movements also help rebalance your body and improve coordination and balance.
No worries—this is a non-contact class. All punches are done in the air, allowing you to stay in control of your movements while protecting your joints. It’s a great way to release daily stress.
