An aquatic fitness class consisting of aerobic and strength training exercises. An effective workout that uses water as a resistance and other exercise equipment while minimizing joint impact. Held in the pool. 

Dynamic aqua fitness session with Patricia, combining gentle exercise, wellness, and fun in the water.

Join Garce on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. for a half-hour exercise session. The class includes a dynamic warm-up, resistance exercises with light dumbbells and bands, and finishes with stretching.

This game is a sport of skill and cooperation. Traces of this game can be found as far back as the 14th century in Europe. The game involves sliding discs with a long-handled stick onto a scoring diagram at the opposite end of the playing surface. Players aim to score points, prevent an opponent from scoring, or both.

It can be played by two individuals in singles or by four players in doubles.

Duo Deluxe presents a concert featuring works from the Baroque era, along with a visit to the court of the Sun King, where two virtuoso viol players engage in a great rivalry. The mysterious nobleman, Sieur de Saint-Colombe, is said to play like an angel, while the great Marin Marais, a prolific composer, plays like the devil. The audience is invited to discover these composers and other musicians of their time, as well as the instruments of the era: the theorbo and the viola da gamba!
