Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9:15AM 

An aquatic fitness class consisting of aerobic and strength training exercises. An effective workout that uses water as a resistance and other exercise equipment while minimizing joint impact. Held in the pool. 

A dynamic and refreshing activity to stay active, keep fit, and enjoy a pleasant time together with fellow residents.

This game is a sport of skill and cooperation. Traces of this game can be found as far back as the 14th century in Europe. The game involves sliding discs with a long-handled stick onto a scoring diagram at the opposite end of the playing surface. Players aim to score points, prevent an opponent from scoring, or both.

It can be played by two individuals in singles or by four players in doubles.
