Bridge is played with 4 players, the players being symbolized by the 4 cardinal points (North, East, South and West). The two players sitting opposite each other form a team that plays against the other two players.

One player takes a deck of 52 cards and, after shuffling them, deals them clockwise.

The object of the game is to make as many tricks as possible in a contract that can be played in no-trump (SA) or trump (♠, ♥, ♦, ♣).

• To be eligible for the individual ranking, players must have participated in at least 15 of the 20 games.

As we age, our feet undergo several changes that deserve special attention:

• Skin: It becomes thinner and drier, making it more prone to cracks and infections. Daily moisturizing and regular inspection are essential.
