The CARDIO BOXING class is a 45-minute moderate-intensity workout. It combines both upper and lower body movements to keep the session varied and engaging. No worries—this is a non-contact class. All punches are done in the air, allowing you to stay in control of your movements while protecting your joints. It’s a great way to release daily stress.
