The game involves sliding discs with a long-handled stick onto a scoring diagram at the opposite end of the playing surface. Players aim to score points, prevent an opponent from scoring, or both.

It can be played by two individuals in singles or by four players in doubles.

An aquatic fitness class consisting of aerobic and strength training exercises. An effective workout that uses water as a resistance and other exercise equipment while minimizing joint impact. Held in the pool. 

Dynamic aqua fitness session with Patricia, combining gentle exercise, wellness, and fun in the water.

Join Patricia on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. for a half-hour exercise session. The class includes a dynamic warm-up, resistance exercises with light dumbbells and bands, and finishes with stretching.

The journey begins in Patakancha, Cusco, and Machu Picchu, then moves through the rainforest and its crops. It continues to Trujillo, Yungay, and Lima, followed by Huacachina and the Nazca Lines.

The trip ends in Arequipa and the Colca Canyon, known for its landscapes and condors.
