Try Drumfit and let yourself be carried by a short, dynamic choreography that’s easy to learn and, above all, fun. With drumsticks in hand and music playing, every movement becomes a chance to stay active, challenge yourself, and share a great moment together.

At the end of the challenge, a video will be created bringing together residents from all participating residences, a beautiful collective memory to share.

ITMAV (Intervenante de Milieu pour Aînés Vulnérables / Community Worker for Vulnerable Seniors) is a provincial government program that supports seniors experiencing social isolation. The workers meet seniors in their living environments, provide information about available resources, offer referrals, and guide them through necessary steps to reduce isolation and promote well-being.

This program is offered by COCLA (Corporation Communautaire Laurentienne), a local community organization active since 1979 that supports families and seniors in the Saint-Laurent area.

Take this opportunity to meet the team and receive guidance or support as needed!
