Composting:
The compost bins are available at the reception. You can dispose of your organic waste at P1, in the designated area. A weekly reminder: Composting is collected every Wednesday. Tuesday is a good day to bring your pail to P1 as the bins will be empty. Thank you for your cooperation and participation!

NEW – Qi Gong with Josée-Andrée Mailoux
Every Thursday, starting at 11:15 AM in the activity room, discover Qi Gong: a moving meditation combining breathing, stretching, self-massage, and tapping to stimulate vital energy and strengthen body, mind, and soul.
Accessible to everyone, including people with reduced mobility (seated version available). Duration: 60 minutes (45 min of practice + health tips and sharing).

The Thursday class at 2:00 p.m. takes place in the activity room.
The fee is $32 for the month of May, which includes 4 one-hour classes for 8$. Registration is done on-site with the instructor.

Join Director Norman Cohen for an afternoon of Bridge. He will supervise those who wish to play competitively and mentor those who wish to remember the rules.

Shabbat is the weekly day of rest in Judaism, observed every week from sunset on Friday until nightfall on Saturday.

Technology Workshop

These sessions will be held every other Friday evening, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM in the activity room.

You’re welcome to bring your tablets, computers, or phones to get help with any technical issues you might encounter. Important: these sessions will be conducted in both French and English, and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis—no registration required. Mr. Welferinger will assist as many people as time allows each Friday evening. If you are not assisted during the first session, you may receive help at the next one, which will take place two weeks later.

Nuremberg

Nuremberg chronicles the eponymous trials held by the Allied Forces against the defeated Nazi regime.
