A plot of land bordering Westmount on the corner of Claremont Street and De Maisonneuve Boulevard West is the site that Le Groupe Maurice chose for the construction of LIZ, its new residential complex for seniors. The complex, which is expected to open its doors in fall 2022, has already sparked keen interest among Montreal’s seniors, as evidenced by the nearly 140 people who attended the information session held on February 10.

The announcement of the opening of a rental office, planned for fall 2020, generated a lot of curiosity and enthusiasm among the event’s participants. The success of the L'Image d’Outremont residential complex, which has been praised for its high quality of services and dedicated team since 2008, has clearly established Le Groupe Maurice’s reputation among the region’s seniors.

An exceptional lifestyle

The ten-story LIZ complex will be nestled in the heart of a friendly and verdant residential neighbourhood. Located across from the Glen Hospital, near Vendôme metro station and the many shops and services on Sherbrooke Street, without forgetting the magnificent Westmount Park only steps away, the complex will perfectly suit future residents’ needs and aspirations. Featuring the latest designs and high-end finishes, LIZ’s 336 apartments with services and 20 care studios will offer a living space that is both contemporary and comfortable.

The residential complex’s spacious rest and recreation areas will include two rooftop decks with game areas, magnificent lounges and a full-service dining room. Pool tables, a spa, a swimming pool, a beach featuring light therapy, a golf simulator and a bistro will also be available for future residents to enjoy.

About LIZ

Short for “Elizabeth”, the name LIZ evokes the grace and prestige of royalty. Through a partnership with the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation, whose offices will be located on the residence’s ground floor, LIZ will also offer 6 rooms to parents whose children have been hospitalized.
